My name is Elder Lofthouse, and I am your son's first companion. We're serving in the Weatherly Ward in Huntsville, Alabama. I've served in the Stake before and I can tell you from experience, your son is starting in a great area. The people are kind and very intelligent and the members are very supportive!
I won't be long but I just wanted to let you know that your son is all safe. He is also very talented and I can see he's going to be a very strong missionary. He's the type of companion any missionary would want to serve with. He's a hard worker, he communicates well and he has a strong faith in Christ. Thanks for teaching him so well. He'll be a fine representative of Christ!
